Important information

  • Recommended age is 6 and up. As a parent/supervisor, always make your own assessment of whether CORPUS is suitable for young visitors.
  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Tickets can be one-time changed free of charge for a different date and/or time via our support page.
  • Make sure you are at the counter on time.
  • If you arrive too late, you run the risk of being refused entry. We cannot guarantee that you can make the ‘journey’ in that case.
  • The Museumkaart (annual museum pass) is not valid.
  • The admission tickets are only valid on the reservation date and for the chosen time slot.
  • You can print out your e-ticket or present it on your smartphone for scanning at the counter.
